"Home Farm Cooking is a welcome addition to anyone's library" - Vogue

"It's masterful, elegant, seductive and a love story at heart" - Alain de Botton, author and founder of The School of Life

The long-awaited second cookbook by celebrated architectural designer John Pawson and his wife Catherine.

Home Farm is the Pawson family base in the heart of the English countryside. For five years, the beautiful home was built to gather friends and relatives in a bucolic, simple setting. In this personal, inspiring recipe collection, John and Catherine share 100 favorite dishes that are part of their repertoire when cooking at home and entertaining guests. The result is a beautiful example of eating together in a space designed to adapt to seasonal changes in cooking and eating. Recipes range from Easter lamb served in the open barn kitchen to mushroom risotto in the intimate dining room to walnut praline ice cream enjoyed outside by the carp pond. Stunning photographs of the house and the finished dishes bring the book - and Pawson's acclaimed aesthetic - to life, making it a perfect gift for home cooks and architecture lovers.
